-Cancellation policies:Non-holiday: 75% refund up to 30 days out, 50% Fee until 21 days out, 25% until 14 days.Holiday: (holiday +/_ 2 days and near weekend) cancellation policy: 50% til 30 days out. Nonrefundable 30 days or less.-We do not control the weather. We will flex times to make your charter happen as long as it's safe. If you decide to cancel because you don't like the weather, thats the same as any other cancellation. MAJOR WEATHER EVENTS: We are not responsible for the multiple facets of your trip. A partial credit will be provided in the event you cancel your your trip due to major weather events (tornado, hurricane in the immediate local vicinity and within 24 hours of the booking).
