Charters
In an effort to make thing simpler on customers all bookings are based on the assumption of a bareboat charter (up to 12 passengers) due to the various USCG regulations. With increased risked (night time/major holidays), the prices increase due to the number of unqualified boat drivers present on the water.
Base rate for the vessel: $275/hr (nighttime $325)
Major Holiday Rate: $350/hr (nighttime fireworks increases)
Base rate for driver: $50/hr +50
All booking start at 9am. Booking can be requested to have a delayed start for a fee of $125 per hour.

For Holiday booking, select "Holiday Rate". Minimum holiday booking is 6 hours.

Policies:
-Tipping: We do NOT charge an automatic tip. You are not obligated to tip, but it is much appreciated and lets us know you had a good time. If you feel you received good service, the standard for the boating industry is 20% of the charter price.
Cancellation policies: 75% refund up to 30 days out, 50% Fee until 21 days out, 25% until 14 days.
Weather:
-We do not control the weather. We will flex times to make your charter happen as long as it's safe. If you decide to cancel because you don't like the weather, thats the same as any other cancellation.
MAJOR WEATHER EVENTS: We are not responsible for the multiple facets of your trip to include your air travel and lodging. A partial credit will be provided in the event you cancel your your trip due to major weather events (tornado, hurricane in the immediate local (50 miles) vicinity and within 24 hours of the booking). We recommend you purchase travel insurance if you book during hurricane season.
- Do not bring additional floats. We have plenty and they take up valuable space on the vessel.
- We do not supply alcohol. It'ss illegal without a license and would get us shut down. Plus people we'd have to charge a lot more.
-Additional fees will be applied to random pick up spots. You must have approval to be picked up at the location you choose.
-Additional fees will be paid upfront. These are nonrefundable.
- We have limited supply of lifejackets for kids. USCG regulation does NOT require lifejackets during movement on a vessel this size. If there is an adult who is a non-swimmer and requires a full-time life-jacket, it needs to be brought to our attention during the booking process.
